AI now has neural network brain!
I got the neural networks that act as the AIs brain to start working. It is early days so this is a very simple fixed size network(5x18x18x6). I biased them to be more active or else they won't do any/evolve, which makes for some interesting outcomes. The learning that is done is not persistent between different game sessions. The way I determine fitness is by how many times an AI has hit or knocked off another AI. The hits are worth half as much as actual knock offs, which should probably be reduced more. I was also thinking about having their fitness decrease if they stay in the same place too long. The grading, copying, and mutating occurs after an AI dies and is replaced with a new AI that should be able to do even better; building off the other AI that did better then it.
