Space Face Rework Time


So I kinda hadn't touched this project in quite a while. Realizing this I came back to it and realized it was kinda jank, so I rewrote most of the game. The art is gone because I prefer the crispness of the colored circles over upscaled artwork. The way planets orbit around is now based on an angle so the orbits are perfect and there is no more jerkiness. I also removed the laser because it felt too cumbersome and getting to and landing on the planets was hard/fun enough. The music and save system is gone for now, but at some point I will probably transfer that over to this version as it is quite silent. The collision system has also been overhauled.

Edit - I also made it so the location you start in is completely random. To try and compensate for this randomness you can now find and get fuel from dwarf planets through extraction.

All and all, I am much happy with where the game is now. It is a lot less bloated and more streamlined, which will make adding fun features easier. Speaking of fun features I just had a urge to add pirates.
