Space Face Now with More Stuff

Hello! Yeah I kinda couldn't help but work on this project again so here you go. I added in fuel and their respective tanks methalox and hydrolox. I made it so when you buy a new tank you get the old tank back to sell. I made it so instead of the fuel affecting your speed, it instead effects how much fuel is used. Having the increased speed instead of fuel lasting longer kinda just made your ship more difficult to control. I also added some quality of life stuff like being able to see your storage capacity and your fuel type and capacity. Oh yeah, and apparently this older version of the game I based the rework on didn't let you get new fuel tanks properly so thats fixed.
